Rent includes

• normal use of gas, electricity and water, except from the 1st of October till the first of April: electricity is not included

Not included

• tourist tax (0,40€ per person 12 years and up)
• heating is very economical because of a special stove that works on pressed wood and heating with marble stones. Costs varying from : 10 - 30 euros a week .
• bedlinen etc (which you can rent see reservations)
• cleaning obligatory
• animals: 10 euro extra

Les Soulins can also be rented per day with a minimum of two days.
